Standards for Academics
All academics should hold a Doctorate Degree (PhD., Dr., Ed.D, and such) in related fields. The requirement applies for all academic positions: lecturer, supervisor, advisor, researcher, and examiner. However, there is an exception for an extraordinary situation or expertise.

Standards for Administration Staffs
All administration staffs should have completed senior high school (12-years formal education) and are skilful in office works, such as typing (MS Word and Excel), operating SIAKAD, and communication skills. It is preferable that the staff hold a diploma in administration or management.
